TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms that apply when you use our website, buy tickets, or reserve tables.
1. Agreement
By using the ForNoReason website or purchasing tickets or table reservations, you agree to these Terms of Service. FOR NO REASON (Bila Sababu) is an entertainment and lifestyle brand operated by FNR International, hosting club events across Tanzania.
2. Eligibility
Our events are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets, reserve tables, or attend. Valid identification may be required at the entrance.
3. Tickets & Orders
Ticket prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and may change without notice. Orders are placed through our online checkout and confirmed with a unique reference number. Admission is granted by showing your booking confirmation (with any requested details). Names and phone numbers provided must be yours and accurate.
4. Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at check-out, including Selcom, mobile money (such as M-PESA, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) and cards. Payment details are processed through our checkout flow or confirmed by our team via WhatsApp. We do not store your full card details.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Tickets and table reservations are non-refundable except where required by law. If an event is cancelled by us, you may choose a transfer to a rescheduled date or a refund. If an event date changes, your ticket or reservation remains valid for the new date.
6. Table Reservations
A table booking is a flat fee that includes the bottle package described for that table and a reserved space for up to the table's stated number of people. The total is fixed and does not change with the number of guests, up to the table's capacity. Entry is subject to venue capacity and house rules.
7. Admission & Conduct
We and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone behaving dangerously, disruptively, or in breach of venue rules, without refund. Prohibited items and behaviour follow the venue and applicable law. You attend at your own risk.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or damage to personal property at an event. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to hold an event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including government restrictions, public health measures, or severe weather.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and videos, is the property of ForNoReason or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
